Board of Appeals and Adjustment
April 11, 2018
On Thursday April 11, 2018 the Wells Town Board met at the Wells Town Hall for the Board of Appeal and Equalization meeting at 9:00 A.M.
Board Members present were: Jeff LaCanne, Rich Cap and James Zahn.
Present for the County were: Assessor Paul Knutson and Erin Kastner.
No one appeared before the board to question property values.
Paul Knutson shared information about land values, property sales and permits in the county and Wells Township.
At 9:40 Rich Cap moved to adjourn the meeting and Jeff LaCanne seconded the motion and it carried.
