Issues from the Floor:

New Business:

Paving of Chappuis Trail was discussed. The proposed request for bids was reviewed and will be published with a due date of July 18, 2022.

Jeff LaCanne moved to move the July meeting to July 18th so we won’t need a special meeting to review bids.

Drainage issues, driveway issues and tree issues along the road were discussed. It was decided that the board needed to walk the road to review and determine a plan of action.

Jeff LaCanne moved to recess the meeting until 9:00 A.M. on June 15, 2022 to review the Chappuis Trail issues. Colin Johnson seconded the motion and it passed.

The meeting was recessed.

On June 15, 2022 Jeff LaCanne called the meeting back to order. The supervisors then did a review of the road from Roberds Lake Boulavard to County Road 37. The finding are listed on a document labeled “Chappuis Trail and Chappuis Court Review for Black topping”. A copy is attached.

Jeff LaCanne moved to adjourn the meeting. Rich Cap seconded the motion and it passed.
