The June bills were reviewed and approved for payment.
John Brown was concerned about a culvert along his property being to high and not allowing his tile to drain properly after a large rain. Rich Cap would review the issue to determine what could be done. John also stated that he had 400 gallons of dust control material that he would donate to the township if we wanted it.
Repair work on Elmore Trail was discussed. Ron Velzke asked if the pot holes could be patched because he wouldn’t be able to get prices and approval from his neighbors in time to repair the road this year. After discussion it was determined that Dahle excavating should do the repair.
The Berg’s asked for a date to move the gate on 160th Street. Jeff LaCanne requested that the Bergs call and get the utilities located and then he would move the gate.
Jim Zahn reported that Kubes Realty was in the process of applying for a Waiver of Plat to split the Pexa Property into 4 parcels and the County needed driveway locations for each parcel. After discussion it was decided tha Jim write a letter that each parcel had acceptable driveway locations.
Trimming of trees along the road right of way was discussed. It was decided to call M&S to get the trees trimmed. If M&S won’t do the job it was decided to call Car Tree service.
Rich Cap moved to adjourn the meeting and Jeff LaCanne seconded the motion and it carried.
