Wells Township Board Meeting Minutes May 11, 2020
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic the meeting was held virtually on Zoom.
Rich Cap called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM. Members present were Rich Cap, Colin Johnson, Flavia Berg and James Zahn.
Also present were Jon Winjum, Tim Madigan, Ron Velzke, Justin Oakland, Krystal Quamme and Bill Arendt .
April minutes were read by Jim Zahn. Colin Johnson moved to approve the minutes. Rich Cap seconded the motion and it passed with both supervisors voting in favor.
Flavia Berg read the Treasurer’s report for April[ 2020. Colin Johnson moved to accept the report as printed, Rich Cap seconded the motion and it passed with all both supervisors voting in favor.
The bills for the month were reviewed. Colin Johnson moved to approve the bills for payment. Rich Cap seconded and the Motion passed with all both supervisors voting in favor.

Old Business:
With Jeff LaCanne absent Issues with the siren at Ung’s resort were tabled.
New Business:
Rich Cap is setting up dust control for the roads.
Fairbanks is in bad shape and needs gravel. The road from Langers corner to Roberds Lake also needs gravel.
Colin Johnson moved to adjourn and Rich Cap seconded the motion. The motion passed with both supervisors voting in favor.
