Building Permits
Building permits are issued by Rice County Planning and Zoning.

Burning Permits
Residents may get burning permits from Rich Cap – (507) 334-23 or Jim Zahn (507) 838-0236.
Driveway Permits
Driveway permits are required. Article 7 of the Township road policy provides the requirements for an approach and driveway.
Utility Permits
Are required by the township and you can get the form from the town clerk.
