Wells Township Board Meeting Minutes September 11, 2023
Rich Cap called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM. Members present were Rich Cap, Flavia Berg, Jeff LaCanne, Kevin Loken and Gary Grunhovd.
August minutes were read by Gary Grunhovd. Jeff LaCanne moved to approve the minutes, seconded by Kevin Loken, the motion passed.
Flavia Berg read the Treasurer’s report for August. Rich Cap moved to accept the report and Kevin Loken seconded the motion and it passed.
Bills for the month were reviewed. Jeff LaCanne moved to approve the bills for payment. Rich Cap seconded the Motion and it passed.

Kevin Loken and Gary Grunhovd took the oath of office.
Greg Paquette discussed trees to be taken care of by Strobel Tree Service on French Lake Trail.
The Rural fire contract was discussed with the possibility of eliminating the partnership.
Colin Johnson plat on Kelly Lake was reviewed. The Board signed off on the plat.
Jeff LaCanne moved to adjourn the meeting. Rich Cap seconded the motion and it passed.
