Wells Township Board Meeting Minutes January 6, 2020
Jeff LaCanne called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM. Members present were Jeff La Canne, Colin Johnson, Brandon Miller and James Zahn.
Also present were Jon Winjum Tim and Wendy Madigan.
Minutes of the December 9th meeting were read. Colin Johnson moved to accept the minutes, Rich Cap seconded the motion and it passed.
Brandon Miller read the Treasurer’s report for November 2019. Rich Cap moved to accept the report as printed, Colin Johnson seconded the motion and it passed.
The bills for the month were reviewed. Jeff LaCanne moved to approve the bills for payment. Colin Johnson second. Motion passed.

Old Business:
Issues with the siren at Ung’s resort were reviewed. Jeff LaCanne will continue to work with the land owner and the County for a resolution.
Colin Johnson stated no one reported any road issues in December.
New Business:
Election Judge training was reviewed and the county needed to provide online training for three judges. Jim Zahn will work with the County to get completed.
Bid specifications for paving were discussed.
Jeff LaCanne moved to adjourn and Colin Johnson seconded the motion. The motion passed
