Chairman Jeff LaCanne opened the meeting at 9:00 A.M.
Mr. explained this meeting is to review valuation and classification placed on property for2013. The Auditor/Treasurer determines tax rates.
The assessors reviewed the following cases:
James Horazdovsky ID#: 10.35.4.75.706 Concern: Valuation is too high. Value
20940 Bagley Ave. was adjusted. Market value increase
Faribault,Mn.55021 was reduced to half or $3,000.
