On Saturday, March 15, 2014, the Supervisors met at the Wells Town Hall at 9:00 a.m.
The subject of the meeting was the Donald and Lynn Jorgenson Court Case on Thursday, March 20, 2014.
The following was decided:
- This hearing would be done without an attorney
- Nancy Johnson would be the main speaker
- Donald Jorgenson not on the Property Title
- Should not be in Conciliation Court but District Court
- Sub-Division of Property Rice County states to remain as Private Road maintained by the Property Owners.
- Wells Township Minutes states the Township will not take over until the Road is built to requirements.
- Jeff LaCanne to contact Harry Chappuis and Donald Langer to come to Court Hearing on Thursday, March 20, 2014.
- Dues $145.00 per year – $90.00 Roads, $55.00 Wells Dust Coating Roads
